1. How long is the shipping process?

Orders are processed within 1–3 days after checkout (3–5 days during sale events). Packages are shipped every Monday and Thrusday except Holidays, to allow time for any order change requests.

We ship nationwide from the Philippines ✨

Once your order has been processed, we’ll send you a tracking number that you can monitor via LBC Express and J&T.

2. How much is the price of shipping ?

The more you shop, the more you save. Shipping fees go lower as your purchase total goes higher! ✨ANLUPET✨

Please be advised that due to the fuel surcharge, shipping fees have been adjusted to ₱60-90 depending on location, and FREE SHIPPING may apply on bigger orders ✨

3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

At the moment, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives incorrect or missing. 💔

Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof of any incorrect or missing items so we can properly assist you. 📷

Please note that we are not liable for any damages caused during transit due to courier handling.

4. Can I use your designs for commercial purposes?

No, our designs are intended for personal use only.

5. Do you accept custom orders?

We don’t offer custom orders just yet 👀
